Arabesque is a hand tufted rug made by Paola Lenti. The floral patterns which decorate the rug in an orthogonal placement are hand carved in the wool surface. The outline of the design is produced tone-on-tone and is lighter and deeper than the rug area. Only one colour can be chosen. The rug is made in 100% pure virgin wool. Paola Lenti uses only New Zealand wool. Colours are resistant to light and to recommended cleaning methods. Quality and density of wool guarantee that the designs hold their shape, body and lustre over time.
